Talk PANTS is an initiative from the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NSPCC) to help keep your child safe from sexual abuse. With the help of the friendly dinosaur Pantosaurus, Talk PANTS helps children understand that their body belongs to them, and they should tell someone they trust if anything makes them feel upset or worried.
Talk PANTS resources include a ‘Sing along with Pantosaurus’ video and also PANTS guides for parents and carers. These are also available in Welsh and other languages. There are also PANTS guides for people with a disability, for children with autism and also a British Sign Language (BSL) video for keeping deaf children safe.

Plymouth Vineyard Church accept donations of good quality school uniform, both school specific logo uniform and generic items such as trousers, skirts, shirts, blouses and dresses etc. Uniform is then free to anyone that needs it from their city centre shop.

Wiser is a specialist programme for women with learning disabilities or borderline learning disabilities who are affected by Domestic Abuse and who would struggle to participate in a mainstream programme. It aims to empower women to identify abusive behaviour and grow in awareness of the short and long term impact of harmful relationships. Each course can accomodate 6-8 women and enables women learn in a way specific to their learning needs. Tools and methods include visual aids, drama and role play, discussion, 1:1 support, group participation and experimental exercises.
