Plymouth Options offers a free confidential service to anyone over 16 and registered with a Plymouth GP.
Plymouth Options is part of IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies) giving you the tools and techniques to improve your mental and physical wellbeing. Services can be accessed by self-referring or from a referral from your GP or any other health or social care professional.

The Zone Plymouth offer a wide range of information, advice and support services for young people including help with budgeting, debt and money, housing and homelessness, mental health and emotional wellbeing and sexual health and relationships.
Trust in Us is a support group for parents / carers of children who have been sexually abused and offers a weekly group session for 20 weeks and also a monthy drop-in-service for as long as is required. The group is based in Devon and covers Plymouth and the surrounding area.

Plymouth Vineyard Church accept donations of good quality school uniform, both school specific logo uniform and generic items such as trousers, skirts, shirts, blouses and dresses etc. Uniform is then free to anyone that needs it from their city centre shop.
This service is a joint project run by Plymouth Vineyard Church and Redeemer Church Plymouth.

Wiser is a specialist programme for women with learning disabilities or borderline learning disabilities who are affected by Domestic Abuse and who would struggle to participate in a mainstream programme. It aims to empower women to identify abusive behaviour and grow in awareness of the short and long term impact of harmful relationships. Each course can accomodate 6-8 women and enables women learn in a way specific to their learning needs. Tools and methods include visual aids, drama and role play, discussion, 1:1 support, group participation and experimental exercises.
